"Percy's Music Palace" is the premier live music venue in Sydenham, South London. Based at the "Fewterer and Firkin", 313 Kirkdale, Sydenham SE26, on the site of the old "Greyhound" pub, itself a famous jazz venue of the sixties.

Originally Formed by Frankie (Transmission, Smokesscreen, Mosshead Dieselburger) under the name "Down and Out" in May 99 - its main principle is "run by musicians for musicians", no one but the bands make any money, all of the bands get to play as long a set as they want and are welcome to come back as often as they want. The venue was re-invented by Frankie in August 2000 as "Percy's Music Palace"
